Terms of Service

By installing, activating, or otherwise using any noshigeSound plugin, demo, or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

Each purchased license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the corresponding plugin on up to three machines that you own or directly control, for your own production work. Activations can be moved between machines from your account dashboard.

Subscription licenses (monthly / yearly) grant the same rights for the duration of an active billing period. Perpetual licenses are owned outright and include free updates within the same major version.

You may not:

• Resell, lease, sub-license, or otherwise distribute the software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where permitted by applicable law.
• Share your license key or activation slots with people outside your household / studio.
• Use the software in any way that violates the rights of third parties.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from /account/billing via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid period; the plugin continues to work until then. There is no refund for time already paid.

The free 14-day demo is the trial — please use it to confirm the plugin works for you before purchasing. Once a paid license has been issued, refunds are not generally offered. We may, at our sole discretion, process a refund or credit when the software has a demonstrable defect on our side that prevents normal use; contact support describing the issue.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account billing page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — there is no pro-rata refund for time already paid, and the plugin keeps working through the end of the current paid period.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because we provide immediate access to the software and its license on purchase, you expressly request that delivery begin at once and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started. The free 14-day demo lets you evaluate the plugin fully before you buy.

We may release updates, bug fixes, and new versions. Free updates within the same major version are included on every active license. Major-version upgrades are discounted for perpetual owners and free for active subscribers.

We may discontinue a plugin with reasonable notice; in that case existing perpetual owners retain the right to install and use the version available at discontinuation, subject to OS / DAW compatibility outside our control.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. noshigeSound does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, noshigeSound's total liability arising out of or related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend a license if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you must uninstall and delete all copies of the affected software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the seller's registered city.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the software or services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and noshigeSound regarding the software and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject.
